Good Menu. A County Favorite. My family has been going here for as long as they've been around.It's busy because the food is good.

I love going here! Great place to come with around 3 people it's usually very busy. I usually get the low carb and it's always so fresh. The staff seems friendly but like they don't want to be there, totally understand it though lmao. Check this place out and get a slice of pie!

A long time family-owned diner that serves many favorite comfort foods including meatloaf, turkey dinner, pot roast, Monte Cristo sandwich, salads and sandwiches. They also have an option of smaller portions, reasonably priced, for seniors. the type of place where everybody knows each other and says hello.

Good place for lunch, what I had. I couldn't settle in anything and ended up with 1/2 Super Nochos order. It was plenty for lunch for one guy. The hamburger is nicely seasoned, not heavy. It was cooked just right. I plan to stop in again when in Lynden.

Great comfort food! A lil greasy but not overly. Friendly staff. Plenty of leftovers...ugh, im SO FULL! Now we have dinner too! 😁👍

Dont bother going unless you are Dutch. We had to ask for water after sitting and waiting for around 10 minutes. We ended up leaving because it took over an hour to get our food. We walked in and there was only a couple other people there and literally every person that walked in after us got their food before we did. We had them bag it up and it was freaking cold, so it must have been sitting out. This is the second time I have been here, I gave them a second chance because the staff was rude the first time.

Fried steak with mashed potato side and the grilled TBS extremely delicious Pleasant waitresses and large portions! Been a favorite spot of mine since I was about five years old coming here with my babysitter

Tonight it took an hour and a half to be served three salads and a chicken fried steak. This has been a trend over the past couple years. Portions also have been very inconsistent.

Fairway Cafe did the catering for my son's wedding. The power went out several hours before. Instead of canceling, they improvised and creatively went above and beyond, were solution oriented, and made it happen anyway. The food was amazing. Rose and her team were over the top positive in spite of the challenging circumstances. I cannot recommend them highly enough for making the evening the success it was.

This is exactly the charming small town diner you want it to be. With kind waitstaff, and - more importantly - a menu overflowing with classic, well prepared comfort foods served in portions generous enough to split but modest enough to conquer alone if you're feeling determined. If I had friends or family visiting Lynden, this is where I would take them.

Hot roast beef sandwich was delicious. Best gravy Ive ever had. Even the senior portions were generous. Nice attentive staff.

Food is wonderful. Good quality ingredients. The closest you can get to homemade in a restaurant. Very generous servings.

I'm on crutches. I walk in and stand at the register. A lady asks me in a condescending manner if she can help me. I told her I need to sit down somewhere with an outlet please. She said okay sit wherever you'd like. So I proceeded to sit at a table with an outlet so I could work while I eat from my computer. I sat there for about 25 minutes. Meanwhile nobody came to give me a menu or ask if they could get me something. Multiple waitresses looked at me and didn't do anything. A group of elder men walked in and sat at the table next to me. A waitress served them with menus and coffee. When she left the room she looked at me and kept walking. Why? I'm confused. As I leave nobody said anything. I struggled to open the door on my exit and nobody helped.

Soooo good, dont expect to finish your meal in one go, BUT you'll probably finish it as soon as you get home anyways.

The food is good and they are friendly people. Go there you will be glad you did

A great small-town place for lunch or dinner. Generous portions, quality food. Would be even better if they were open on Sunday.

I know it was busy but our appitizer came after our meal. Your online menu is incorrect and decieving, we came looking forward to a steak meal and French onion soup neither of which were on menu than ordered the smothered tater tots which they no longer carry.The food l hwas good but the wait was long and not enough high chairs for our son made it difficult to enjoy, again I understand that itv was very busy and could forgive this of it was not for the other issues.

Food is always good here but for some reason the food is taking forever to get to our table. It’s not even that busy.🤷🏻‍♂️

Oh my gosh ever thing was so yummy, we came in as a big group. Their staff was warm, and got tables together, and the food was in huge amounts, it was so good I brought home my other half of my sandwich, I can't wait for lunch tomorrow.

Portions are big. The biggest issue is the service or lack off. Sat down and placed order at 1040 and asked if I could get a club house and as told not until 1100 because that’s when breakfast is over. So I order breakfast with almost all the same ingredients of a club house. Did not get my breakfast until 1110.

Always have I received the best tasting food ever for the entire five years that I have lived here. I have never been disappointed. And if you like Clam Chowder, Fairway Cafe makes the best tasting in the entire area.

Been here several times over the years and the food is good. Guess some of the younger staff was on duty today: unfriendly, and then downright rude and bossy when it was time to pay. Funny how bad attitudes can ruin the whole dining experience.

Great food. I tried the Club sandwich on sourdough

Usually great food, fabulous service. Last night great food. We were there about 2 hours just visiting and having dinner. After my initial cup of coffee when I arrived, not one time did they offer to refill my cup. No coffee refills and the service goes down greatly in my opinion. My friend was never offered refills on her drink either. Not typical of the service I have received in the past. I will return again, but hope to not experience this again.

Coming back from Whistler found this place by accident. Food and service were great!

Good food and great service. Very good selections on the menu. Only order the large size if you are really hungary. All portions are very generous.
